I treat your personal details how I would expect you to handle mine.
As a customer of the Rustic Craft House, it is necessary for me to hold some information about you (such as your name, email address & postal address).

IMPORTANT NOTE: When I talk about “information”, I am only referring to your contact details. I never have access to your financial information when you make payment using PayPal. All sensitive financial information is held securely by the processing company and they never share this with me or anyone else.
How I collect & use information
Whenever you order from me either directly or through any of my online shops, you give me sufficient information about you to enable me to process your order.
I also have an enquiry form that asks for your contact information which enables me to respond.
This website has cookies enabled to ensure your computer (or mobile device) is recognised when you visit here again and that your shopping cart is saved (unless you have cookies disabled for this website or all browsing). You can find a full explanation of how cookies work here.
I use an email list to stay in touch and keep customers informed of new items, shapes, news & special offers. You can sign up for my newsletter here, it’s free! You will only ever be on this email list if you have signed up for my newsletter or if you have specifically asked me to add you to it.
Who has access to your information
It’s just me. As the sole creator who wears all the hats for Rustic Craft House, I am the only person with access to your information here. I would never pass this on to anyone else.
Everything is done on a secure computer. I use an electronic document to record order details and customers name. Access is held on a password protected device which only I have the details of. Once complete, I keep this document solely for accounting and tax purposes (legally, I need to keep all sales records for at least 6 years).
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you and I will give you full details. You also have the right to ask that your details be deleted, amended or transferred. If you ever change your mind about what information, if any, you want me to hold on your behalf, just contact me.
